some parents make their children to have narrower minds. Of course, if their sons or daughters are not mature to make their decision, their parents have to teach and control what is wrong and what is right. however, when they are getting older, their parents have to control what they want to say, they cannot say what is wrong and what is right, becuase it could make them to have wider thinking, or sometimes they cannot have critical thinking.
in my case, when i was young, my parents used to tell me what is wrong and what is right, becasue i didn't know what is good thing or not. but when i was getting old, they stoped to tell me what is wrong and what is right, they just told me a better way to do something. becuase i was mature to decide what is wrong and what is right.
So now, i realized what i have to do to my child later on.

my parents taught me decision is your ability. if your decision is wrong , that is your burden.
So, when i was young i am really difficult what i am doing right things. But after i grow up, it is really helpful when i was decisioning something.

Parents, be decision-makers or thought-stimulators to your children?
Sometimes, we feel lucky to have well-educated parents, who always make the wisest decisions for us., so we don't need to think, worry, hesitate, regret, etc., just wait and accept, because the facts prove that they are always right. However, in the long run, after accepting becomes the habit, we will find that we can hardly make any decision without them.
Instead, I think parents should always help us analyze all kinds of choices as well as the positive and negative results that each choice will bring with their wisdom and experience, based on which we can make the better decision.
If, living under parents who decides everything for you makes you free from the agony of thinking, why don't you like to live under a government with dictatorship who controls and decides everythig for you?
