The home of sushi is Japan. Similary, the mome of pasta and pizza is Italy, the home of Chinese food is China, of course. Many of my Japanese friends go to foreign countries to eat their original foods. For example, one of my friend went to Korea to eat grilled beef.　However, this friend said to me that he liked the grilled beef which he eat in Japan better. I often hear the similar story. I guess the Korean food we eat in Japan is different from original one. Eventually, it may be the best for Japanese to eat any foods in Japan because they are made for the taste of Japanese.
