No matter how developed the world is today, and no matter how fluency we claim the balance between man and woman, we still can’t achieve the absolute equality between two typical genders. Unfortunately there always exists a trend that man has a higher position from ancient to now, even sometimes people have a thought that woman are always discriminated in doing some labor and strength things. When we are young, parents always say that boys should be generous to girls, it is also the result of inequality between two genders. Back to the time Rome, it’s horrible to see that older people threw female infant into the rivers when after they are born, which can’t be accept in current society. Thus it’s not surprised that woman will claim on the equality between two genders. In my point of view, only claiming on one thing that you can’t accept is not enough, why not just admit the difference and try to change? In the matter of facts, we can figure out that two genders both have their advantages in different fields, man is more powerful in labor and strength, while woman is more careful in thought and behavior, which are both necessary in the society. If woman still think that sometimes they are treated as man, what they should is to try to improve and change. With the development of the society, woman are becoming more and more important and outstanding in the society, the number of woman who stand on a higher position in a company and country is increasing, even they can do better in business because of good interpersonal skills. Besides the issue about two genders, when we feel unsatisfied with some problem, what we can do is to take action instead of claiming only, the result could be better and efficiency..

I agree with you, we should be objective to uderstand the different advantage between women and men.
Women win their equality by being women, not trying to be men
I often see those "iron-women" who work, talk, behave in men's way in order to be successful women. Though I admit that they are successful, but I don't take them as women any more, because they turned into men by shaping themselves with men's standard of success.
As you said, men and women have their specific advantages, and if women give up their advantages and compete with men against men's advantages, how many women can win? Even those few women who do win will become more manly than womanly.
A manly woman? No, thanks.
However, if we say woman should use their advantages to win over man, then it will become a combat in different fields. How can we decide who wins or loses?
So why do men and women compete with each other? They were born differently not to compete each other, but to complement each other. Why not give impartial evaluation to each other's value and respect each other? No one is inferior to the other, and no one has any right to take the other as second class.
That attitude itself counts, so it's a matter of attitude.
