Women's right(YunZhen Li)

Women's right and College students employment
Our society always encourage and emphasizes equality between the sexes . Actually, sexual discrimination is already became history in many countries, especially in America, Britain and many other develop countries. Women's right is much more powerful than 10 years before.
However, women employment is still a problem all over the world. The big different between male college students and female college students on employment is an obvious topic.
In my essay, the main content is not about the women's right on aspect moral, but some other element that influence female college students employment.
There will be 3 big parts on it: psychologic factor, physiologic factor and culture influence.
On psychologic side, most women are more tender than males. Some women believe they are weaker than men themselves. So most female college students tend to chose civil servant as their job. And the company official is also tend to distribute women to specific area. Although there's no obvious sexual discrimination, this is more like a kind of potential rule and mental suggestion.
On physillogic side, it is more obvious that men and women are equal, but not the same. Female college students will not tend to chose engineering technology works or some other jobs need manual work. And there is an truth that even the same job, female staff may get less salary each month because they are less efficiency than men for physillogic factor.
On culture side, women are accustomed to choose some specific area in some countries that influence by culture reason. For example, the culture in Japan consider that women have the responsibility to serve men. These culture reason always reduced the opportunity on employment for female college students.
For extension, women always could do works that men can not do, the so called "employment discrimination" is not just so simple, the women's right is also not just require the same position as men, because women and men are different.

Employment discrimination is the discrimination to women from the employers, but the psychological and physical sides you have given are more how women think of themselves, and how they make choices in college for themselves. These might come from employment discrimination.

You should decide from which perspective you are going to research, from the employers'? or from female college students'?

Sometimes it is women themselves looking down upon themselves and making themselves weak. So women should liberate themselves first, before asking for equal treatment from others. Do you mean that?
