It's a good topic. Homosexual love or marriage has been in dispute in many states, and in some states it is legal, but in most, it is not legal. And some state legalized it first and then made it illegal again.
For Americans, the issue of homosexual marriage is a touchy point which goes against any kind of rights and freedom Americans have been bragging about themselves.
You need to give more details in your outline. And the picture you have picked is not that clear. Try to find a better one. I am sure that are plenty of them.
