First of all, you have to make yourself clear what you will concentrat on, immigration issue as you said "melting pot" or racial issue?

It is advisable to put put immigration issue as backgroud, and it is also the reason to bring about so serious racial issue. With more and more immigrants coming for their American Dream, racial issue should be solved urgently, but how is a question.

Think more and do some fixing.
