In your outline, you have given a lot about background information about racism in America in general and racism between African American and Korean American in specific.

But I think the focus, or most part of your essay should be about the following aspects given in your outline.

"Controversial issues view of different race (stereotypes) in America

- How to do away with stereotypes"

They are more important to be deal with.
