Thesis: The guns in America are pretty popular. The majority Americans believe that they have a right to own a gun. Although several shooting incident happened in American school, the gun law could not avoid the tragedy. In my opinion, it's not a good situation that the gun becoming popular. (the reasons are...)
Introduction: In America, the majority Americans believe that they have right to own a gun. Also, lots of people demand that the US Congress enact a strict gun control law.
Body
1. In the picture, the two family members hold the two guns. The cute boy stands beside his parents.
2. The gun has lots of function, such as, hunting, protect own in emergency or in the war.
3. The reason why Lots of Americans buy the gun.
a. to protect themselves. The reason is some of them don’t trust the government. They don't feel safe when everyone has gun except themselves.
b. Some of them are collector or shooter who loves the firearms.
I don't think it's the good situation that everyone has the weapon to protect themselves. (the reasons are ...)
4. The reason why they don’t trust government. Several shooting incident happened in the school. The tragedy cast a cloud over person’s soul.
5. Also, many citizens demand that the US Congress enact a strict gun control law.
Conclusion
The shooting incident hit American people a lot. It causes American psychological problems. The best solution is to build a strict gun law.

Good topic, good picture, and good outline.
The only problem is, in Conclusion, you mentioned that "gun shooting causes American's psychological problem", but you didn't give any explanation in Body part.
Do you want to add it? It would be a good support for the demand for gun control law.
