"The early bird gets the worm."

It is naturally to be expected but we should be. In the modern world, the early birds are more productive. The morning hours are typically the most productive for people because there are fewer distraction. Early birds may relax or work in peace without a constant stream of interruptions. The quite of the morning allows early risers to focus on the task at hand before constant interruptions make concentration impossible.

That's true in most times.
The morning hours are the most productive for me when my living clock is regular.
But now, accroding to my irregular class schedule, I always feel fall asleep during this period of time; that really waste my time.
