"You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do" by Eleanor Roosevelt
You can feel a great sense of achievability when you reach the top of the mountain. We are face to different people and situation every day. If we keep fail in one place, our depression will be expanded in seconds. It’s because the failure remind us our weakness continuously and then we will deny ourselves unavoidably. Similarly, we prevail the fear and prove our abilities, and we will gain confidence. Once we finish or achieve success from the thing which we think we cannot do, we will suddenly find out that we are capable. We are much more powerful than we thought.
