"It is easier to forgive an enemy than to forgive a friend"
by William Blake

I agree with the sentence. As much as someone believe another person and give love, it would be hard to forgive him when the trust is broken. If belief is destroyed once, it is hard to build it again I think.

I agree with you.
Sometimes, friends can become betrayers.
Enemies are better than betrayers. There is a proverb about enemy.
"Sometimes, the person who is Enemy yesterday can become same-minded today."

But, how about betrayers?
Because trust has already broken, we cannot believe betrayers any more. So, it's diffucult to forgive a friend who betrayed us.

from my own experience, i totally agree with the sentence.

but i don't know why people will do that? because friends are more important than enemy? or just like a sentence, if said from a stranger, you will feel nothing. but if said from a friend, you will care the sentence's meaning. till now, i don't understand why people will like that.

it is so true. the trust is really important between freinds. when people disappointed to their friends, it is really hard to get back. however, you have to think about how much you love your friend. but i know all the people cannot be the saint. (Soojin Park)
