YunJu Chung, "Long Overdue"
"Think of something you said. Now write what you wish had said." Most foreign students feel sympathy this sentence like me. Since we came from different countries, it is hard to be fully expressed in words. It is difficult to decide how to act and speak to people. Even after I am comfortable in the new culture, I still need to do more thinking if others look displeased. Therefore It is easy to be misunderstood. I make an effort though. Once foreign students write to handle this language problem, living in a new place becomes easier.

Optimism always works better than pessimism
It sounds as if you are quite pessimistic. We can understand all the difficulties we encounter in language study and use, and it is also possible that we can never do as well as native speaker. However, if even you don't think you can do it, how can you convince others to believe in you.
Therefore, always hold an optimisitic attitude towards yourself, because other people look at you just in the same way as you look at yourself.
Some comments on language:
1. Try to write more, without caring about correctness.
2. Make sure you learn each word with its usage. For example, the first sentence doesn't make sense to me, and I think it's because you used "sympathy" in an odd collocation.
