This sentence from the article "Just Walk on By: Black Men and Public Space".
Why he need to this? For what? Because he is a black guy and some people feel afraid when they think black guy just follow them, specially in the night? I know because of a little bit of black people, lots of another people (like white or Asian) think they are afraid people. This preconception make lots of crime. Even black people do not want to behave like bad thing, this social circumstance make them do lots of crime. I think people don't need to have preconceptions about blck people. Don't you think that this situation is funny?

Beethoven and Vivaldi won't feel more sorrowful
No one has ever expected that these classical music will be used in this way and the composers would feel sad if they heard their melodies whistled in those circumstance.
It's nothing funny at all. Though we still feel hard to pinpoint the root of this social phenomenon, we at least have already started to fee ashamed of it.
Language:
1. "a little bit of" cannot be used to people, since it is only used to uncountable nouns.
2. "lots of another people" --> lots of other people
3. "they are afraid people", "afraid" is an adj. only used as predicative, not as a modifier. For example, I am afraid of ... She is afraid that ...
