First of all, this structure is still too brief.
Second, in Body 1, you should give both examples and statistics to show how serious this problem becomes. Only examples are not enough, since they can only show some special cases, but not whether it is a widespread and pervasive phenomenon.
Body 2 is about permanent influences of child sexual abuse to the victims. You should give a list of those influences as the subparts.
Body 3 should be about solutions, instead of "problems and solutions", since you've already discussed about the problems in the previous parts. Then what are the solutions you are going to present.
Give a brief summary to your conclusion, too.
