"Just because a person does not go around blabbing her entire biological history to everyone she meets does not make her a liar."
From movie: TransAmerica, said by Bree, a transsexual.
People always dissimulate their emotions or actions into a cocoon, no matter what the probable purpose is, they just don't want to be honest.
Social stresses and ethical codes are cons trainable and widespread, for reasonable self-protection and self-benefit, or a particular way to protect others feelings.
We know there is no ending for a cycle, and is no exactly purpose for lying to others; however, we just do it repeatedly, and those we have done what we knew was wrong might leave nothing in people's mind.
People did not show the truth, just because things we kept against public morality or others might put them into a trouble, just like what the transsexual said. Of course "she" lied, there is no exactly right or wrong; she just tried to keep away from public voice.
