Don’t just Stand There (Shota Takemura)

Cole’s process analysis has a primarily informative because the author gives us a lot of examples about it. So, it is easy to understand it.
What she wants to say is on the last paragraph. It says, “In learning to speak up, everyone will develop a different style and slightly different message to get across, experts agree.” (35) And, she gives us 2 messages. They show that we are the same as human being. Then, there are some gaps between us. But, if we get the bridge between them, we can understand with each other.
So, we need to respect each other with understanding our differences about races, cultures, and religions. If it is possible, that will be fantastic. And, I was just curious about the workers in winnick. Everyone has complaints against them. Then, like the article we read, we can send our message to the manager in winnick. That’s fanny. But, telling our message to others is good to understand with each other.

I agree with you. We should have more communication with others. In order to understand other's mind, experience, speaking up is a perfect way to be closed. Whatever our colors are, I believe that we can live happiness.
