I think American food is not originally from America. America was made of different counfrieas which had different cultures and foods. therefore American culture have been made of fusion of differnt cultures and change to match American style. Hamburger is originally from Germany and Mongolia. Hamburger changed in orde to match American style;American workers had to save time for eating lunch because they had a little break time, therefore hamburger changed in orde that they could eat it by one hand. American food was not born perfectlly in America. Although foods are originally from other countries, foods which fused and changed to match American style are American foods.
